The windows at TERRY DUFFY 340 Old Street were smashed in and the sculpture damaged as an act of anti-art vandalism. "Manhole" the amazing but transgressive scultpture of Paul Gallagher on show at TERRY DUFFY upset some art lover enough for them to take the law into their own hands and smash the windows. Clearly ART can still be shocking and Gallaghers work cetainly does. Nevertheless, it is a "fantastic" artwork and attracts large enthusiastic crowds at TERRY DUFFY.
